An Appleton native, Mr. Menn attended Calvin College in Grand Rapids, Michigan. Ebert at the Dane County Circuit Court, clerked for both a Fox Valley law firm and the Madison City Attorney, and participated in the initial Pro Bono Partnership Project at the law school. Since joining Steinhilber, Swanson, Mares, Marone & McDermott in 2009, he has focused on consumer bankruptcy and business reorganizations. He has represented individual and business Debtors in cases filed under Chapter 7, 11, 12, and 13 of the Bankruptcy Code, and has representing both Debtors and Creditors in adversary proceedings in bankruptcy, as well as negotiating non-bankruptcy settlements for a number of clients.
